🏘️ Real Estate Agent
Real estate agents sell player-owned property, both residential and commercial. You set a property up, show people round the shells, and handle the sale and the keys.
Clients reach you through the phone while you are on duty, so most of the work starts with a call or a message.
Applying
Fill in the Real Estate License Application on the Applications page. You will be told in Discord whether you are accepted or denied.
Ranks and pay
You are off duty by default, and almost nothing in the job works while you are clocked off. Paychecks land in your bank every 15 minutes on duty.

Manager holds the boss menu and bank authority for the agency account. The boss menu is inside the agency office.
What being on duty gets you
- You can open any house. On duty, agents get door access to properties they do not own, which is what makes viewings possible.
/createhouse [price] [tier]puts a new property on the market at that address. Minimum price is $300,000./addgarageattaches a garage to a property.
Both commands are refused if you are off duty.
How a sale actually settles
The buyer pays the full listed price out of their bank, the property is registered to them, and they get the keys. The sale money leaves the city rather than landing in the agency account, so your income is the paycheck plus whatever you arrange with the client directly.
Getting clients
Citizens call or message Real Estate from the Services app on their phone. The listing only reaches them if you are on duty to answer it.
